We recently built a house in a remote Area of Western North Carolina and we’re looking for a generator. We contacted a company that was a little closer. It took them forever to give us an estimate. In the meantime, our propane company had suggested Partridge. Joshua came out right away and send us an estimate. The estimate we received from Partridge was for a slightly smaller model and was much less than the estimate we finally got from the other dealer. Partridge quickly installed the generator. We have only had it for about three months but have already needed it three times, the generator worked flawlessly. We were so happy with the communication from Partridge throughout and the professionalism by the entire team throughout this process. Josh and his team installed a whole house generator for us. This is our second generator, so we knew the drill. What really impressed me about Josh is his willingness to answer my questions about the installation and explain things in detail.
